We have 26,000 square feet of industrial units on site available for short or long term rentals.
We are situated 3 miles from Junction 10 on the M42 and 1 mile from the A5. The M1, M6, M69 and M40 can all be accessed within 20 minutes and the M5 in about 40 minutes.
Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham can all be reached within 30 minutes and are all approximately 15 - 20 miles away from our site. We are within 5 miles from Tamworth, Nuneaton and Atherstone and about 10 miles from Hinckley.
All units have their own parking spaces as well as access to a phone line with brodband capabilty (speeds up to 4mb can be obtained at the moment although this hopefully will be upgraded shortly due to a new optic fibre cable being installed). The site is covered by a CCTV system that is constantly recording should any problems occur.
All tennants have 24 hour access to the units should workload dictate this. We can easily accomodate HGV vehicles for deliveries and collections as we have ample turning and parking areas. There is also an on site toilet and wash room.
